Limbo Rock Children Carnival 2011 – Largest Limbo Dance!
On behalf of Global EduHub, Ash Media Asia organised a Limbo Rock Children Carnival on Children’s Day 1st October 2011.
During the event, we broke a Guinness World Record for the Largest Limbo Dance.The last world record for the Largest Limbo Dance involved 1,150 people at the Music Under the Stars World Festival 2006 at Texas, USA, on 9 July 2006.We broke this record with participants from both the parents and children.An official adjudicator from World Guinness Recordwas present at the event.
At the same time, we remember the less fortunate children who are struggling with childhood cancer.We raised funds for this group of children by donating part of the proceeds to Children’s Cancer Foundation.
It was an opportunity for parents to bond with their children. A fun-filled family day event with carnival games, inflatable bouncers and slides complete with popcorn and candy floss.
Our Guest-of-Honour, Ms Low Yen Ling (MP for Choa Chua Kang GRC) lead the participants in passing through the Limbo Bar.
